ASPP PUBLISHES BEST PRACTICES GUIDE TO LOCATING COPYRIGHT OWNERS

ASPP has produced guidelines on what they conside the best practices to finding the owner of the copyright of a photographic or visual work.  In light of the Orphan Works pending legislation, these guidelines may serve as a model for the professional procedure deemed necessary for a "diligent search" for a copyright holder.
